Are you ready to schedule your delivery?
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to personalized nature of our business and the time it takes to create your piece, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled delivery time. This gives us the opportunity to create custom pieces for other clients. You may cancel by phone or online here. The scheduling deposit will be applied to your service and anything above and beyond the cost of service will be returned to you. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, the scheduling deposit will not be refunded.
If you decide to pay cash the day of service, the scheduling deposit will be returned to you via original payment method.
